Miss Peru 1999 was held on April 20, 1999, at the María Angola Convention Center in Miraflores, Lima, with 23 contestants. Fabiola Lazo, representing the Capital District, won and went on to compete at Miss Universe 1999. Other finalists participated in various international pageants. The event was broadcast by América Televisión.
