Miss Peru 2000 was held on 2000-04-15 at the Teatro Peruano Japonés in Lima, hosted by Rubén García and Karina Rivera and broadcast by Frecuencia Latina. Twenty-four candidates competed; the winners represented Peru at Miss Universe 2000 and Miss World 2000, with other finalists entering additional international pageants.
