Miss Perú Universe 2002 was held on April 27, 2002, at Studio 4 in Barranco with 12 contestants. Adriana Zubiate of Callao won and represented Peru at Miss Universe 2002. For the first time, the pageant also selected a representative for Miss Earth 2002, while other finalists entered various pageants.
