Miss Perú 2003 was held on 2003-04-29 at the Sheraton Lima Hotel & Convention Center in Lima, with 38 contestants. The winner represented Peru at Miss World 2003. The Miss Universo Perú title was selected midway through the contest during a Gala de Belleza show to compete at Miss Universe 2003. The Miss Earth Perú titleholder advanced to Miss Earth 2003, the first runner-up to Miss Intercontinental 2003, and other finalists entered additional pageants.
