Miss Perú 2005 was held on April 16, 2005 at the Park of the Exposition. Twenty-five candidates competed; Débora Sulca Cravero (Cajamarca) won Miss Peru Universe 2005, with titles also awarded for Miss World Peru 2005 (Fiorella Castellano, Tumbes) and Miss Earth Peru 2005 (Sara Paredes Valdivia, Cuzco). The winners went on to compete at Miss Universe 2005 (Thailand), Miss World 2005 (China), and Miss Earth 2005.
