Miss Perú 2006 was held on April 19, 2006 at the Park of the Exposition, with 24 contestants competing for the national crown. Fiorella Viñas of Lambayeque won and represented Peru at Miss Universe 2006; the Miss Earth Perú titleholder participated in Miss Earth 2006. The event was broadcast by Panamericana Televisión.
