Miss Perú 2018 was the 66th edition of Miss Perú, held on 2017-10-29 at the Teatro Municipal de Lima, Lima, Peru. Organized earlier than usual following controversy around the Miss Perú Universo 2017 selection, it aimed to prepare the winner for Miss Universe 2018, with the first runner-up designated for Miss Grand International 2018. Romina Lozano (Callao) won.
