Miss Perú 2019 was the 67th edition of Miss Perú, held on October 20, 2019 at the Maracaná Convention Center in Lima, Peru. Following the dethronements of Anyella Grados and Tiffany Yoko Chong, the organization staged a special “Reina de Reinas” edition with ten experienced contestants. Kelin Rivera of Arequipa was crowned Miss Perú 2019. Outgoing queen Romina Lozano did not attend due to commitments with another TV network; organization president Jessica Newton crowned the winner.
