Miss Planet International 2019, the inaugural edition, was held on 1 March 2019 at Koh Pich Theater in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. The event was hosted by Alejandra Andreu, Sarita Reth, and Mariam Jamwa and broadcast on CTN. Thirty-four contestants from around the world competed. Monique Best of South Africa won the title of Miss Planet 2019 and was crowned by Halley Amin, president of Miss Planet International.
