Miss Polski 2012, the 23rd gala of the Miss Polski pageant, was held on 2012-12-08 at Orlen Arena in Płock. Twenty-two contestants selected through regional pageants competed. The event was hosted by Paulina Sykut-Jeżyna, Krzysztof Ibisz and Michał Koterski and broadcast by Polsat, with performances by Tomasz Kowalski, Natalia Lesz and LemON. The title went to 22-year-old Katarzyna Krzeszowska (Miss Małopolski 2012) from Krynica-Zdrój, who received a Chevrolet as a prize.
