Miss República Dominicana 1957 was held on 9 March 1957 at the Palacio Federal in Santo Domingo with 24 delegates. Bélgica Margarita Mota de la Cruz of Pedernales won the title, with Silvana Medina (Seibo) as first runner-up and Ada Reynosa (Bahoruco) as second runner-up. The pageant traces its origins to 1928 and was canceled in 1930 after Trujillo came to power.
