Miss República Dominicana 1970 was held on 24 January 1970 at the Palacio de las Bellas Artes in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, with 28 delegates competing. The winner would represent the country at Miss Universe 1970, the runner-up at Miss World 1970, and other semifinalists at various international pageants. It was the first time since 1968 that each province was represented.
