Miss Russia 2010 was the 18th edition of the national pageant. The final was held on 6 March 2010 at the Barvikha Luxury Village concert hall and featured 51 contestants from across Russia. The show was hosted by Гарик Мартиросян and Алсу, with performances by Игорь Бутман, Банд'Эрос, Мумий Тролль, Филипп Киркоров and Жанна Фриске. Guests of honor included Ксения Сухинова, София Рудьева and Стефания Фернандес. Ирина Антоненко of Екатеринбург won the title, the crown and US$100,000, earning the right to represent Russia at Miss World 2010. The television broadcast aired on 8 March 2010 on НТВ.
