Miss Russia 2012 was the 20th national Miss Russia pageant. The final took place on 3 March 2012 at the Barvikha Luxury Village concert hall near Moscow, with 50 contestants from across Russia. The television broadcast aired on 8 March on NTV. Elizaveta Golovanova of Smolensk Oblast won the title, with Kristina Gontar (Zheleznodorozhny) as 1st Vice-Miss and Alyona Shishkova (Tyumen) as 2nd Vice-Miss.
