Miss Russia 2013 was the 21st Miss Russia pageant. The final took place on 2013-03-02 at the Barvikha Luxury Village concert hall near Moscow, with 50 contestants from across Russia. The telecast aired on 2013-03-08 on НТВ. Эльмира Абдразакова (Междуреченск) won the title, with Анастасия Языкова as 1st runner-up and Ирина Туманова as 2nd runner-up.
