The fourth Miss Supranational pageant faced multiple host-city changes—initially Płock, then Opole and Toruń were considered, later Sopot’s Opera Leśna—with a planned date of 15 September. Ultimately, the final was held in Warsaw at TV Studio “Hala Mera” on 14 September 2012. A record field of over 95 was expected, but 53 contestants competed. The show was hosted by Kuba Klawiter and Marcin Kwaśny and returned to TV4 after the previous year aired on Polsat. Performances featured Afromental, IRA, and Chemia. Ekaterina Buraya of Belarus won the title and a US$25,000 prize.
