Miss Supranational 2015, the seventh edition of the pageant, was held on 4 December 2015 at the Miejski Ośrodek Sportu i Rekreacji (MOSIR) in Krynica-Zdrój, Poland. The final was hosted by Davina Reeves-Ciara and Maciej Dowbor, broadcast on Polsat and streamed online via Ipla. Performances included Golec uOrkiestra, Mirami and Margaret. Stephania Vásquez Stegman of Paraguay won the title.
