Miss Supranational 2018 was the tenth-anniversary edition of the Miss Supranational pageant, held on 7 December 2018 at the Municipal Sports and Recreation Center (MOSIR) in Krynica-Zdrój, Poland. The pre-final camp took place in Karpacz and in Krynica-Zdrój. The gala was hosted by Maciej Dowbor and Belarusian presenter Iwan Podriez, with performances by Michał Szpak and Blue Café. The winner was Valeria Vazquez Latorre of Puerto Rico.
