Miss Supranational 2019 was the 11th Miss Supranational pageant. The final took place on 2019-12-06 at the International Congress Center in Katowice, Poland. Anntonia Porsild of Thailand won the title; Yana Haenisch (Namibia) was 1st runner-up, Jesica Fitriana (Indonesia) 2nd runner-up, Janick Maceta (Peru) 3rd runner-up, and Gabriela De La Cruz (Venezuela) 4th runner-up.
