Miss Universe Colombia 2020 was the first edition of the Miss Universe Colombia pageant, held on 16 November 2020 at the Pabellón de Cristal in Barranquilla, Colombia. At the end of the event, organization director Natalie Ackermann crowned Laura Olascuaga of Bolívar as the winner. Olascuaga later represented Colombia at Miss Universe 2020 in Hollywood, Florida, placing in the Top 21.
