Miss Universe Ecuador 2024 was the first edition of the Miss Universe Ecuador pageant under CNB Ecuador. Held at Parque Zoila Ugarte de Landívar in Machala, El Oro, Ecuador on 2024-06-08, it crowned Mara Topić of Guayaquil. She later represented Ecuador at Miss Universe 2024 in Mexico and reached the semifinals.
