Miss Universe Ecuador 2025 was the second edition of the Miss Universe Ecuador pageant under CNB Ecuador. Held on 2025-07-26 at the Palacio de Cristal de Guayaquil in Guayaquil, Ecuador, Mara Topić crowned Nadia Mejia, representing the Ecuadorian community in the United States, as the winner; she will represent Ecuador at Miss Universe 2025. During the preliminary competition on 2025-07-18 in Cuenca, Samantha Quenedit of Quito was crowned Miss Grand Ecuador 2025.
