Miss Universe Philippines 2022 was the third edition of the Miss Universe Philippines pageant, held at the SM Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay on April 30, 2022. The coronation night was livestreamed by ABS-CBN via iWantTFC, YouTube, and The Filipino Channel, with a delayed telecast on GMA Network on May 1, 2022. Beatrice Luigi Gomez of Cebu City crowned Celeste Cortesi of Pasay as her successor. Cortesi later represented the Philippines at Miss Universe 2022 in New Orleans, United States, but did not advance to the Top 16.
