Miss Puerto Rico Universe 2009 was the 54th Miss Puerto Rico Universe pageant, held on October 22, 2008 at the Coliseo de Puerto Rico José Miguel Agrelot in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Ingrid Marie Rivera crowned Mayra Matos Pérez of Cabo Rojo as the winner. Matos later represented Puerto Rico at Miss Universe 2009 in Nassau, Bahamas.
