The 56th edition of Miss Universe Puerto Rico was held on 2010-11-04 at the Centro de Convenciones Pedro Rosselló in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Mariana Paola Vicente, Miss Universe Puerto Rico 2010, crowned Viviana Ortiz Pastrana of Corozal as Miss Universe Puerto Rico 2011. The event was broadcast by Telemundo, and the winner would represent Puerto Rico at Miss Universe 2011.
