Miss Universe Puerto Rico 2012, the 57th edition, was held on 2011-11-07 at the Centro de Bellas Artes Santurce in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Viviana Ortiz, Miss Universe Puerto Rico 2011, crowned her successor at the end of the event. Bodine Koehler Peña of Río Grande won the title and earned the right to represent Puerto Rico at Miss Universe 2012. The event was broadcast by Telemundo.
