Miss Universe Puerto Rico 2019 was the 64th edition of the national pageant, held at the Luis A. Ferré Fine Arts Center in San Juan, Puerto Rico, on June 13, 2019. Kiara Ortega of Rincón crowned Madison Anderson of Toa Baja as the winner. Anderson represented Puerto Rico at Miss Universe 2019 and finished as 1st Runner-Up. Due to the cancellation of the 2020 national pageant amid the COVID-19 pandemic, 1st Runner-Up Estefanía Soto of San Sebastián represented Puerto Rico at Miss Universe 2020, placing in the Top 10.
