Miss Universe Puerto Rico 2022 was the 66th Miss Universe Puerto Rico pageant, held at the Luis A. Ferré Performing Arts Center in San Juan, Puerto Rico, on August 11, 2022. Michelle Colón of Loíza crowned Ashley Cariño of Fajardo as her successor. Cariño represented Puerto Rico at Miss Universe 2022, placing in the Top 5.
