Miss Universe Puerto Rico 2024, the 68th edition, was held on June 27, 2024, at the Luis A. Ferré Performing Arts Center in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Karla Guilfú Acevedo crowned Jennifer Colón Alvarado of Orocovis as the winner. Colón represented Puerto Rico at Miss Universe 2024 in Mexico, where she placed in the Top 12. The event was broadcast by WAPA-TV, featured performances by Luis Enrique and Silvestre Dangond, and was hosted by José Santana and Diane Ferrer.
