Miss Universe Puerto Rico 2025, the 69th edition, was held on August 14, 2025, at the Luis A. Ferré Performing Arts Center in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Jennifer Colón of Orocovis crowned Zashely Alicea of Dorado as the winner. Alicea went on to represent Puerto Rico at Miss Universe 2025 in Thailand, where she placed in the Top 12.
