Miss Universe Thailand 2019 was the 20th Miss Universe Thailand pageant, held on 29 June 2019 at the Thunder Dome in Pak Kret, Nonthaburi, Thailand. Catriona Gray and Sophida Kanchanarin crowned Paweensuda Drouin as the winner. Drouin later represented Thailand at Miss Universe 2019, placing in the Top 5. This was the first edition organized by TPN 2018 Co. Ltd., chaired by Somchai Cheewasutthanon, Piyaporn Sankosik, and Narong Lertkitsiri, succeeding longtime president Surang Prampree.
