Miss Universe 2002, the 51st Miss Universe pageant, was held on 29 May 2002 at Coliseo Roberto Clemente in San Juan, Puerto Rico, with 75 entrants. Denise Quiñones crowned Oxana Fedorova of Russia; four months later Fedorova was dethroned and first runner-up Justine Pasek of Panama assumed the title. The event was hosted by Phil Simms and Daisy Fuentes, with Brook Lee as backstage correspondent, featured a performance by Marc Anthony, and was the last Miss Universe broadcast on CBS.
