Miss Universe 2005, the 54th Miss Universe pageant, was held on 31 May 2005 at IMPACT Arena in Nonthaburi Province, Bangkok Metropolitan Region, Thailand. Eighty-one contestants competed. The event was hosted by Billy Bush and Nancy O'Dell. Jennifer Hawkins of Australia crowned Natalie Glebova of Canada as Miss Universe 2005, marking Canada's second title and first in 23 years.
