Miss Universe 2015 was the 64th Miss Universe pageant, held on December 20, 2015, at The AXIS at Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas, Nevada, United States. It was the first edition under WME/IMG ownership and the first to air on Fox (English) and Azteca (Spanish). Paulina Vega of Colombia crowned Pia Wurtzbach of the Philippines as Miss Universe 2015. The event drew global attention when host Steve Harvey mistakenly announced Ariadna Gutiérrez of Colombia as the winner before correcting the result. Eighty contestants competed; performances featured Charlie Puth, The Band Perry, and Seal.
