Miss Universo El Salvador 2024 was the inaugural edition of the national pageant, held on 2024-09-07 at Teatro Presidente in San Salvador, El Salvador. Fourteen contestants competed. At the end of the event, Isabella García-Manzo of San Salvador crowned Florence García of San Miguel as the winner. The titleholder will represent El Salvador at Miss Universe 2024.
