Miss USA 1963 was the 12th Miss USA pageant, held July 17, 1963 at the Miami Beach Auditorium in Miami Beach, Florida. It was the first Miss USA telecast, airing on CBS. Macel Wilson of Hawaii crowned Marite Ozers of Illinois as Miss USA 1963; Ozers, born in Latvia, was the first winner born outside the United States. She later placed in the Top 15 at Miss Universe 1963.
