Miss USA 1986 was the 35th Miss USA pageant, held May 20, 1986, in Miami, Florida, and televised live on CBS. The show was hosted by Bob Barker with Mary Frann, and featured performances by Tommy Tune, Eddie Rabbitt, and Maureen O'Sullivan. Christy Fichtner of Texas won the title, the second consecutive Miss USA from Texas, with Halle Berry of Ohio as first runner-up. The pageant later shifted to a February schedule in 1987. It was the 15th time Florida hosted Miss USA.
