Miss USA 1993 was the 42nd Miss USA pageant, televised live on February 19, 1993 from the Century II Convention Center in Wichita, Kansas. Kenya Moore of Michigan was crowned by outgoing titleholder Shannon Marketic of California, becoming the second Miss USA from Michigan and the second African-American winner. Hosted by Dick Clark with color commentary by Leeza Gibbons and Courtney Gibbs, the event aired on CBS and KWCH-TV. It was Wichita’s fourth and final consecutive year as host and featured the last State Costume competition until its return in 2021.
