Miss USA 1995 was the 44th Miss USA pageant, held in South Padre Island, Texas. The final took place on February 10, 1995 at the South Padre Island Convention Center. Chelsi Smith of Texas won and was crowned by outgoing Miss USA Lu Parker. After Smith won Miss Universe 1995, first runner-up Shanna Moakler assumed the Miss USA title. The event was hosted by Bob Goen, with Daisy Fuentes as commentator, and featured entertainment by Barry Manilow. It was the second time the pageant was held in South Padre Island.
