Miss USA 2005, the 54th Miss USA pageant, was held at the Hippodrome Theatre in Baltimore, Maryland, on April 11, 2005. Chelsea Cooley of North Carolina won the title. The live telecast was hosted by Access Hollywood personalities Nancy O'Dell and Billy Bush; the move to Baltimore marked the first of two consecutive years the pageant was held in Maryland, with the location announced in October 2004.
