Miss USA 2007 was the 56th Miss USA pageant, held at the Dolby Theatre (Kodak Theatre) in Los Angeles, California, on March 23, 2007, following two weeks of events and rehearsals that began with delegate arrivals on March 8. The pageant was broadcast live on NBC and was the second time the event took place at this venue. A Top 15 was announced, followed by swimsuit and evening gown rounds, with composite scores shown after each round for the first time since 2002. Tara Conner crowned Rachel Smith of Tennessee as Miss USA 2007. Preliminary competition occurred March 19, with interviews the previous day, and the host hotel was the Wilshire Grand.
