Miss USA 2019 was the 68th Miss USA pageant, held May 2, 2019 at the Grand Sierra Resort in Reno, Nevada. The event was hosted by Nick Lachey and Vanessa Lachey, with Lu Sierra as commentator, and featured performances by T-Pain and Nick Lachey. It was the second consecutive year the pageant was held alongside Miss Teen USA and the final Miss USA telecast on Fox. Cheslie Kryst of North Carolina won, crowned by Sarah Rose Summers.
