Miss USA 2021, the 70th edition, was held at the Paradise Cove Theater at River Spirit Casino Resort in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Events ran November 26–29, 2021, with the finals on November 29. It was the first pageant under Crystle Stewart’s directorship. Zuri Hall and Patrick Ta hosted, with Nicole Adamo as lounge host, and Ja Rule performed. Asya Branch crowned Elle Smith of Kentucky as Miss USA 2021. The pageant returned to full spectator capacity and was broadcast on FYI and streamed on Hulu, with KTUO-LD also carrying coverage.
