Miss Venezuela 1972 was the 19th edition of the Miss Venezuela pageant, held at Teatro Paris (now Teatro La Campiña) in Caracas, Venezuela, on July 12, 1972. Venevision broadcast the pageant for the first time, with Gilberto Correa and Liana Cortijo as co-hosts. María Antonieta Cámpoli of Nueva Esparta won the title; runners-up included Amalia Heller, Marilyn Plessman, Nancy Kranwinkel, and Marydée Sierraalta.
