Miss Venezuela 1992, the 39th Miss Venezuela pageant, was held at the Poliedro de Caracas in Caracas, Venezuela, on 1992-09-09, and was broadcast live by Venevision. At the conclusion of the event, outgoing titleholder Carolina Izsak crowned Milka Chulina (Miss Aragua) as the new Miss Venezuela.
