Miss Venezuela 2001 was the 48th edition of the Miss Venezuela pageant, held on 2001-09-14 at the Poliedro de Caracas in Caracas, Venezuela, and broadcast live by Venevision. At the conclusion of the event, outgoing titleholder Eva Ekvall crowned Cynthia Lander of Distrito Capital as Miss Venezuela 2001.
