Miss Venezuela 2016 was the 63rd edition of the pageant, held on 5 October 2016 at Studio 1 of Venevisión in Caracas, Venezuela. Hosted by Leonardo Villalobos and Mariángel Ruiz (with backstage commentary by Dave Capella), it was broadcast in Venezuela by Venevisión and Venevisión Plus, and internationally by Ve Plus TV, Univisión and OnDirecTV. Mariam Habach crowned Keysi Sayago of Monagas as Miss Venezuela 2016. Performances included Omar Enrique, Eddy Herrera, Felipe Peláez, Gustavo Elis, Oscarcito, Juan Miguel, Reynaldo Armas, Scarlett Linares, Betulio Medina, Renzo La Posta and Aldrey. It was the last edition to feature the choreographic production of Mery Cortez.
