Miss World 1959 was the ninth Miss World pageant, held at the Lyceum Ballroom in London, United Kingdom, on 10 November 1959. Hosted by Bob Hope and broadcast by the BBC, the event featured 37 contestants with 11 placements. Corine Rottschäfer of Holland won the title, the first Miss World victory for Holland.
