Miss World 1965 was the 15th edition of the Miss World pageant, held at the Lyceum Ballroom in London, United Kingdom, on 19 November 1965. Lesley Langley of the United Kingdom won and was crowned by Miss World 1964, Ann Sidney. It was the second time in Miss World history that a country won in consecutive years. The show featured a cabaret performance by former Miss World Rosemarie Frankland alongside Lionel Blair.
