Miss World 1991, the 41st edition, took place on 28 December 1991 at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta, United States. Gina Tolleson crowned Ninibeth Leal of Venezuela as the winner. The pageant was initially slated for the Dominican Republic, then moved to Puerto Rico, before settling in Atlanta; preliminary swimsuit competition was held in South Africa. Seventy-eight contestants participated.
